1. Agreement and Definitions

1.1 Agreement Overview: Welcome to our Terms of Service. This document forms a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User") and Snow Forecast app ("Provider") governing the use of our website and mobile application. By utilizing the application, you affirm your acceptance of these terms.

1.2 Definitions:

• Services: Snow forecasts, weather data, and snow alerts provided by the application.
• Subscription: Grants full access to premium forecast features with an automatic renewal option.
• Tariffs: Different rates for subscriptions based on the services offered.
• Free Term: A period of access with limited features or advertisements.

2. Services

Provider grants you a license to use the Snow Forecast app for personal use. Services include snow depth reports, weather forecasting, and in-app purchases. The Provider may impose technical restrictions and alter functionality of Free Services at any time.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Snow Forecast app provides premium features via subscriptions. In accordance with Apple’s requirements:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Advertising

The Website and App display ads through Google AdSense. These ads may be personalized based on cookies and browsing history. By using the Service, you agree to these advertising practices. You can manage or opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings.

5. Content and User Restrictions

Users must use the application within legal and contractual limits. You may not copy, reveal, or create unauthorized software based on the application. Users are responsible for ensuring that any content or settings they save within the app do not violate local laws.

6. Accuracy of Forecast Information

We aim to keep snow forecast information as accurate as possible. However, weather is unpredictable. The Snow Forecast app cannot guarantee that all forecasts or conditions are correct. Users should verify information with local mountain safety authorities when making decisions involving personal safety or travel.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Snow Forecast app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data and advertising cookies are handled in compliance with global standards.

8. Liability

The application is provided "as is," with the Provider disclaiming all warranties. The Provider is not liable for damages, losses, or incidents (including those related to winter sports or travel) caused by reliance on snow forecast data. Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

9. Term and Termination

These terms commence the moment you first access the Service. Termination may occur at the discretion of either the User or the Provider. Upon termination, access to premium services will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider operates.

11. Final Provisions

The Provider reserves the right to interrupt services for maintenance or updates. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Snow Forecast app regarding the use of the Service.
